About the South Tabor Neighborhood Association

The South Tabor Neighborhood Association is a non-profit corporation registered with the Southeast Uplift Neighborhood Program, also known as SEUL. The purpose for the corporation includes enhancing the livability of the area. The articles of incorporation of the neighborhood association state its purpose more specifically and in detail.

The South Tabor Neighborhood Association holds its general meeting on the third Thursday of the month at Trinity Fellowship Church, 2700 SE 67th from 7 to 8:30 PM. Everyone is welcome. While the proceedings are not child-focused, the meetings are child-friendly and you are welcome to bring your children.

Portland's Office of Neighborhood Involvement, also known as ONI describes a neighborhood association as ...the officially designated, recognized organization for a specific geographic location. Neighborhood associations are the heart of neighborhood activities. And of course, there is much more to it than that. Please visit the ONI web site for a wealth of information regarding the role of the neighborhood associations in Portland.
